1. Enhancing Professional Standards

• Support continuing medical education (CME) and lifelong academic development
• Promote the adoption and implementation of standard clinical practice guidelines in general surgery
• Encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences among general surgeons nationwide

2. Promoting Research in General Surgery

• Support high-quality research to foster new knowledge and innovation in general surgery
• Organize scientific conferences and provide platforms for presenting research at national and international levels

3. Advancing Surgical Skills & Technology

• Promote training in and application of advanced surgical technologies, including laparoscopic surgery, robotic-assisted surgery, and simulation-based training
• Encourage the integration of soft cadaver models and innovative techniques in surgical education
• Foster collaboration with universities and international professional organizations to raise the standard of surgical training
